Outlook has different versions and the common thread to configure them is as bellow.

You need the following details

Your email id
Password for the email id
incoming mail server
outgoing mail server
incoming port
outgoing port

Also you have to decide wether you want to use IMAP or POP3.

Also decide wether you are using SSL or not.

Usually, the following details should fit these parameters

Your email id - name@yourdomain.com
Password for the email id - your email password
incoming mail server - mail.yourdomain.com
outgoing mail server- mail.yourdomain.com
incoming port - You will get these in your welcome email
outgoing port - You will get these in your welcome email

Go to account settings
Add account
Add the above details

You are done.
